Missing subject field code

I insert the { subject /*MERGEFORMAT } Field Code in the document but half of
the information was missing. e.g. ABC: Name in the Subject Properties but
Name was only displayed in the document when I update the field code.

There is an issue with some versions of Word, where the text before a
colon is excluded in some fields. Fortunately, there is a work-around:
you can use { DOCPROPERTY "Subject" } instead.
