I have a user using Outlook 2002 connected to an exchange server. The user
(USER-A) has editor permissions to another persons calendar (CAL-A). When
this person attempts to create entries in the calendar the new entry always
schedules using the current time/date. Even if we override the date/time in
the actual entry it still schedules at the current date/time. Creation of
calendar entries on her own calendar is not an issue. Also when another
person (USER-B) opens the troubled calendar (CAL-A) they are able to create
entries without trouble. So its just this isolated user and we can't figure
out what the problem is or how we can fix it short of deleting the entire
mailbox from Exchange and starting over.
Another problems is that existing calendar entries for USER-A viewing CAL-A
shows up in all the wrong times or in some cases show up for each day. For
example there are a number of entries that show up for each day at the start
of the day. It is as though the entry is a year-long or indefinate entry
although it isn't.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance for the help.
