MMAIL SERVER TO EXCHANGE

DEAR ALL,
I AM USING AN OLD MMSERVER(WINDOWS NT4.0) AND MY CLIENTS
ARE USING OUTLOOK 97/98/2000. I LIKE TO CHANGE THIS MM
SERVER TO EXCHANGE SERVER (ON WINDOWS2000). IF I CHANGE TO
EXCHANGE SERVER CAN MY CLIENT WORK WITH THEIR OLD PST
FILES ? OR I HAVE TO CREATE A NEW PST SETTINGS FOR
EXCHANGE SERVER

Dear,
My apologies using cap letters, how can I shout dear you
are helping me all the way.Anyhow sorry for that.
I have installed an Exchangesrvr on windows2000srvr
before, and I got a problem like some of the Dialup(dial
up to internet) user's mail to internal clients, those
mails will be lying in exchange srvr and it is not going
to the recipient. This time I have to go to srvr and send
from there. How can I solve this issue, some one says it
is just because of old pst files or old MMserver settings
files. Really it is because of that?
