Modifying Business Contact Columns on General Tab in Accounts BCM

I am running BCM 2007 and in Accounts on the "General" page, there is a list
of the linked Business Contacts.
I would like to add a column for the "active/inactive" field in Business
Contacts.
I am not a programer/developer.
Is there anyone who can walk me through this?
