MOOL support is really poor

Why is the support for Microsoft Office Outlook Live so awful?

This is a great service that allows the customer to pay for a Hotmail
account + a license to use MS Outlook and the Outlook mail connector. It
fully synchs, and it really is awesome.

But the support seems non-existent. Why?

I have really basic questions and the answers seem so hard to find on
Microsoft.com: Where can I download the latest version of Outlook? Am I
entitled to get a CD or DVD with the software on it? Can I use Outlook on
more than one PC, and should it synch with both? Is there documentation of
the Outlook Mail Connector? Is there a FAQ? A website devoted to MOOL?

You will need to ask all of these questions of the Microsoft Outlook Live (or whatever it is called) site - this group supports Outlook from Microsoft Office, not Outlook Live. Check their help files.

Milly, that's just silly.
When I look at the applications listed on left colum, it's titled
"Outlook". Not Outlook 2000, Not Outlook 2007. In fact it groups ALL versions
of Outlook together. Why is it so hard to imagine that most would assume that
the "Live" extension isn't just one of the other non-listed version
differentiators?
MS created this mess. If they didn't want people looking for help with
Outlook Live in other sources that provide help for Outlook, they should have
named the application differently! It's not the OPs fault that MS wants to
leverage the Outlook name without fully considering the consiquences.

And that is your right to have an opinion. However, the fact remains that this group does not support Outlook Live.
