In the common, general sense, Access/Jet is an RDBMS. In certain very
strict senses it isn't, but then, there is no product out there that
satisfies those very strict criteria. As for what is missing from it,
could you be more specific? There's an awful lot that is *in* Access,
so what sort of things are you looking for that might not be?
