More trouble ... groan!

In order to get around the limitations in PowerPoint re: total number
of hyperlinks I made 5 seperate ppt files and used action and hyper
links to move from one file to another.

I am testing a CD that is to be distibuted and have found that if I
for example click on a link from A to B presentation - the B
presentation opens up - if I then click back to A presentation - it
opens another copy of A presentation - so I am left with 2 copies of
the presentation open - obviously depending on how many times a user
click on certain links he/she could be left with a LOT of open
powerpoint files !!

Helllppppppppp .....

Andrew,

The trick is to have any links in Pres B....to set to action "Quit/Exit"...then it will return to Pres A

See menu tutorial here (method 2 is for you)
http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com/powerpointmenu.htm

That way there will only ever be a maximum of 2 open presentations at anyone time.
