mouse click, Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Home Ed

My partner stoopped an internet download by turning the
computer off in the middle of the download. This caused
several problems with several programs. I have all but one
fixed.

I use Outlook 2000, and Windows XP. A right mouse click on
a highlighted, un-opened E-mail message does not initiate
the small drop down as it did before. I used to use this
to see the full internet headers of un-opened E-mail. It
used to work, now it doesn't.

I have done a Repair Install of XP, a re-install of
Outlook 2000, downloaded all updates for windows XP,
Office 2000, IE, and Norton. I have run Sysbot and removed
all that it found. Still no luck. There is no error
message, the function just doesn't work in that particular
situation. The right mouse click works for all other uses
within Outlook 2000.

Would someone kindly show me where to go to get help for
this problem.
