mouse-over link info

In Outlook 2000 or even Outlook Express, when the mouse is
moved over a link, the link properties are displayed on
the bottom of the window. Is there a way to get that to
work in Outlook 2002?

No, the feature was removed. In OL2003 they brought it back in the form of a
balloon tip.
