Mouseover dynamic effects

Hello I am in the process of creating a web page with FP 2002 and I wanted
to know if there was a way to make Text change Font/Color and size on
mouseover

Yes.

Go to page properties Click on the background tab,
Click in the box to enable hyperlink rollover effects
then click rollover style.
