Move data from one sheet to another

I know this is basic stuff.. I just want to move the value from one cel
or the total from a group of cells from one sheet to another sheet. Ho
is this possible

One way is to use a formula

Select the cell that you want to contain the value

type = and then use the mouse to select the sheet and then the cell that
contains the value.

Hit enter
