Move from parent to Child Form.... Problem

Hi
I have a Sales Form with a Subform and a Save Button

I want that the record shold not be saved until the Save Button is pressed by
user. For this I m using

BeforeUpdate Event,

But problem is that, it not allow me to move to subform before the save
button is pressed.

Buto I want to enter data in Form And Subform, Afetr that Press Save Button
or Cancel Or Clear The Form,

Ho to do that..

Hi Malik

Sorry - this is the way it works. When you enter a subform, the record in
the main form is automatically saved.

This is necessary when you think about it... If you are creating a sale
record and your subform lists the items for that sale in another related
table, you would not be able to add sale item records until the main header
record for the sale had been created and saved.
