Move the help window

The help window is docked above my Powerpoint presentation and I cannot get
it back to the right side of the window.

Grab it by the "4 little dots" in the upper left and drag it down and right.

The help window is docked above my Powerpoint presentation and I
cannot get it back to the right side of the window.

I've had trouble docking on the right side, too. Do as Bob says, but drag
waaaaaayyyyyyyy to the right -- I mean, basically clear off the right-hand
edge of the screen. The taskpane will "grab" the edge and dock itself then.
