Ahmed,
Insert your video on slide 1, let it play automatically.
In the custom animation task pane double-click on the play item of the
video.
Click on the effects tab.
Next to stop playing after x-slides add a number at least the number of
slides in the presentation.
As the video is always on top be sure that no object is placed where the
movie is to play on other slides, and you should be alright.

MVP - PowerPoint
How would I insert a section of a movie into my slide from “Lord of the Rings The problem is I can’t insert a movie into the show and would I be able to take just the clip I want and not the whole movie?
A shameless plug, PFCPro is an add-in for PowerPoint that allows you to
edit video clips directly in PowerPoint. Once edited it will automatically
process the video and insert it in your presentation. If you want to try it
and see if it meets your needs it has a free (fully functioning) two week
trial. If you decide not to keep it, any presentations made during the
trial will continue to work. Get a copy from: http://www.playsforcertain.com
