Movie pane in PPT

Joel

I have read the threads about movies as backgrounds, and movies having to be
in the foreground. Also running to movies as with previous. I am trying to
have one slide for the entire presentation: half an on going movie, the other
half text that will animate in and out. however, every time I click to get
the text to animate, poof the movie stops. Any solutions out there? Thank you
in advance, joel

The text will have to be set to with previous. If the text is set to on click,
Go to Custom Animation.
Right click on the play effect, click effect options.
Under Stop playing,
set to after 999 slides.
Now if you click during slideshow, the text will animate without the movie
stopping. Does that help?
