Movie Trouble On Kiosk

I have a slideshow in kiosk mode, that every other loop-
through does not play a video (mpeg) clip. First run, it
plays fine, second run the slide animation works but the
video doesn't play, third time, it plays fine, etc. etc.
etc. Any ideas?
