Moving a FrontPage 2002 web to a different computer

I am taking over a FrontPage 2002 web from another employee. The web is not
on a FrontPage 2002 server. He tried sending me the web, but the essential
formatting in the .web file was missing (no theme information, etc.) because
he just sent me the directory where all the HTML files are.

What do I need to do to get the whole web from him?
