Moving default store location in OL2002

In an earlier post Anne Wold outlined the following procedure:

1. COPY your file back to the original folder (this will allow you to
open
Outlook) then do the following. Keep a copy of the
file in the folder where you want the file to be.

2. Go to TOOLS - OPTIONS - MAIL SETUP tab - Data Files button. Add a
new
..pst Folder file. Point to the file
where you want Outlook to store your messages. Use an original name
not the
Outlook default one since in the next step you will
have to be able to recognise this one from the orignal.

3. Then go to TOOLS - EMAIL ACCOUNT - New Data Outlook File Button.
Choose
the file from the above step. This is now your
default .pst file.

You can now close and delete Outlook's default .pst file.

The problem is that when I go to TOOLS - EMAIL ACCOUNT, I don't find a
New Data Outlook File button. I only find a dialog allowing me to
create or edit email accounts or directory services. Is it possible
that Anne was referring to different menu?

I would really like to change the location of my default .pst file.
I'm using Outlook 2002 on WinXP.

Thanks,
