Moving emails from a Distribution List to Contacts folder - is it possible

Hi all,

I created a distrib list with a heap of email addresses and have only just
now seen the limitations, by which I cannot individually send an email to a
person in the list.

Does anyone know how I can get those names/email addresses into my contacts
folder ?
