I have owner permission to our SalesAdmin mailbox. When I right click on a
subfolder in SalesAdmin mailbox and click on Move Folder "folder name",
outlook come with a message box saying: Cannot copy this folder because it
may contain private items.
I can drag the same folder from salesadmin mailbox to my mailbox with no
problem.

You've now posted the same question SIX times in two different Outlook
groups. It's quite obvious that no-one knows the answer! Why don't you just
carry on dragging?

Because the other way is easier.

IF YOU HAVE SERVICE PACK 2 INSTALLED FOR OUTLOOK THIS PROBLEM WILL OCCUR.
PLEASE UNINSTALL OUTLOOK AND REINSTALL OUTLOOK WITH ONLY SERVICE PACK 1 OR IF
POSSBILE UNINSTALL ONLY SERVICE PACK 2 AND TRY. IT WILL WORK. NO ERRORS
WILLCOME. ALTERNATIVELY TRY USING A OUTLOOK WHICH IS NOT UPGRADED TO SERVICE
PACK 2 THANKS!

Hi,

1. Create own profile for this mailbox.
- Exit Outlook => Start => Settings => Control Panel => Mail => Show
Profiles => Add...
2. Login using this new profile
- Tools => Options => Delegates => Add => Select your name => OK => remove
all unnecessary permissions(e.g Delegate receives copies of meeting-related
messages sent to me) and mark Delegate can see my private items => Ok
