Moving from Office 2000 pro to 2003 Student

Other than not being able to upgrade in the future, does
anyone know of any issues in making this change?

Specifically, I am worried about losing all of my existing
email and contacts, of which there are a lot and in many
folders and sub-folders

I just made the switch on 3 of my home PC's from Office 2000, and Office XP,
all running Windows XP. Set as an upgrade it went fine and I did not lose
anything in the process.
