With the company I've just started with, everyone is logging into
their PCs as Administrator. I want to move them to conventional user
names, but don't want them to loose the data they have configured into
Outlook (emails, addresses, todo's etc.). Some keep the files
locally, others on the Exchange server.
Can I just move the .pst files to the new Local Settings directory and
have a different user open them as their own?
How about if the data is kept on the server?
It may be a *starters* question but any help would be appreciated.
