Moving 'Tasks' Folder

An employee who works in a branch office within our
network faxes me the contents of their 'Tasks' folder
every other day. I'm wondering if there is any way to send
it digitally over our network so that I can integrate it
with my 'Tasks' folder. Please let me know if there is
anyway to accomplish this.

Why dont he just attache the tasks to an e-mail.
Open new e-mail and drag all the tasks in the mail.

Thats what I would do

You could also export the task and import them again
