MS Access Wont Shut Down Properly

My Database this last week has decided not to shut down correctly if
some else seems to logged into the same mdb file?

Whats Would Be Causing This?

multiple people logged in to the same front end or same mdb? there is no
guarantee of good behavior in this situation....give multiple users their own
FE all linked to the same back end.
