Ms Office 2003 setup error 2932 cannot complete install!!!

Great, Can't even get email support cause I need the PID and can't get the
PID cause it won't install!!
no info on support site or the msdn site on this error.
The error box points to---
'F:\windows\installer\{91E30409-600-1103-8CFE-0150048383C9}\graph.ico3 '
Any ideas before I do a freephone?
