MS Office XP Student & Teacher Edition 2002

Where can I purchase MS Office XP Student & Teacher Edition 2002. I can't
seem to find it anywhere and the 2003 version is not compatable with Windows
ME.

You might be able to find a remaindered copy at a store like Building 19 in
the Boston area, or perhaps on Ebay, or just by searching. I did a quick
search and found the following:
