MS Outlook 2000 Losing Attachments

While sending emails with attachments the attached
document(s) is shown as being recieved with the proper
file size, but is not able to be launched or saved. This
event is inconsistent on who is recieving the email.
Please advise on how to eliminate this problem.

Try changing your message format to plain text or html and consider
disabling Word as your e-mail editor. (Only Microsoft Outlook is capable of
understanding Rich Text format.)
