I just converted to MS Office 2003 and was surprised to see that the syntax
for RULES has changed.
The problem is this. I am being (as many are) bombarded with false MS
Microsoft mail containing trojans. I have tried deleting them from my server
to no avail. In 2000 I managed to set up a rule that essentially permanently
deletes these mails from Outlook as soon as they arrive. I just can't
remember what it was. Perhaps you can help.
My vague recollection was that if the mail was not specifically addressed to
my email address then it should be moved to the junk mail box and
permanently deleted. How do I accomplish the same rule in Outlook 2003.
Thanks.
