MS Outlook 2004 Problem

I just installed Microsoft Office 2004, and use the
Outlook program for my e-mail client. For the life of me,
I am unable to get rid of that annoying message that
continuously pops up whenever the program is open that
says "Enter Network Password".

If anyone has a solution to this, I sure would appreciate
hearing from you.

Hoping to hear something soon, and thank you in advance!
