MS outlook 2007 problem?

Dear All,

I just installed Windows Vista, and MS office 2007, moved my pst file
from my old MS outlook 2003 to MS outlook 2007, everything seems to be
fine BUT, every time i run MS outlook 2007 i get this massage (The data
file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly) This file is being
checked for Problems)

then when outlook opens i get another massage it pops up from the tray,
it says ( a data file did not close properly the last time it was used
and is being checked for problems. Performance might be affected while
the check is in progress).

I am sure i close MS outlook from file then Exit.

please help, how can i fix this problem

Perhaps the .pst is damaged in some way. Have you tried running the inbox
repair tool (scanpst.exe, which should be located in Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office12)?

Also try importing the E-mail into Thunderbird and then back into
Outlook.
