MS Picture Manager, how can I convert to Outlook express to email

In MS Picture manager, I want to e-mail pics using my Outlook express 2004
but it says this procedure (e-mail) can only be used with Outlook 2003, im
using Windows XP.

In Windows XP, Outlook Express would be version 6.

If the image does not already exist in a folder on your hard drive, you can
export the image to a folder on your hard drive. The attach or insert
{depending on which email format you use} the image into a Outlook Express
email.
