MS Project 2000 compatibility with 2002

I am working with a client who has MSProject 2000 while I have 2002. It's not
easy company-wise for him to upgrade. So far, sending schedules back and
forth has proved to be no problem. Any gotchas here? Things that may not work
right or features that 2002 has that 2000 may not be able to handle?

compatibility is good. 2000 users can read and write 2002 and 2003 files,
save the return to you and your 2002 features will still work.
