MS Project 2000 - Gantt Chart with Pessimistic and Optimistic View

Is it possible to generate a Gantt Chart with the Optimistic view as the
first part of the bar line (in one colour), the actuals / estimate in another
colour, and the Pessimistic in another colour?

If so, how can I do this?

thanks

Hi,

Right mouse click a Toolbar and select the Analysis Toolbar. On the Analysis
Toolbar select PERT Analysis. Enter Optimistic, likely and pessimistic
durations for each task then show them visually using the Gantt Chart icons
at the left of the Analysis toolbar.

Can we also keep the original gantt chart intact? I want to show all three
views, the pessimistic, current gantt, and the optimistic.

I got it, The optimistic start / finish is in the Start 1 / Finish 1 columns,
while the Pessimstic Start / finish are in Start 3 / Finish 3. So I just
have to have them in my project - add them to the bar chart area on the gantt
chart. - - pretty easy stuff - - thanks for the help
