MS Project 2003 and Outlook

Hi,

We use MS Project 2003, but not the Server. In earlier versions of Project
there was a .exe that allowed us to use the Task option in Outlook to better
track our tasks. Is there a way we could use Project 2003 with Outlook Task
without Project Server? I know I can import from Outlook into MS Project, but
that's a one way feed.
