MS Project 2003 error message

Hi,

I am using MS Project 2003 with Project server 2003 and I am having a
issue with the “ABC” project schedule. When I opened this project, ge
a message that "an enterprise resource requires an update."
Click Yes but the message will still appear every time the project i
opened.

Please any one have idea.
It will be very much appreciated.
