Hi Asif
Go to the task information dialog by double clicking on it.
Now in the general tab uncheck the estimated check mark.

Apart from this you can also overwrite the duration without the ? mark sign
If you want to put it off permanantly for all new tasks select options from
the tools menu, select the schedule tab and uncheck the last check box which
reads
'New tasks have estimated duration'

Hope this helps

Teh question mark "?" indicates an estimated duration. There are two ways to
make this go away. (1) Enter a real duration.
(2) To turn off the estimated durations select: Tools/Options then pull the
schedule tab. Deselect the option: "New tasks have estimated durations"

The result will be that all new tasks entered will have a firm duration set
by the file defaults. In either case, the duration may be changed.
