ms project pro 2003: return to homepage in sample project guide

I'm playing around with the product laungch template in the sample
project guide. At the beggining, the side panel started by asking the
name of the interview and other details. Once I completed this
portion, this menu is no longer available in the side panel. I would
like to fill out another questionnaire to see how my answers affect
the number of days in the task area. Unfortunately, I'm not able to
get back to the side panel view where it asks me questions to
determine the number of days needed for the tasks.

How do I get the view back?

please help!

Many thanks,

Hi Sals,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

View/Toolbars.../Project Guide and then click the Tasks button.

this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :))

Mike,

Thanks for the warm welcome and the tip to get the task pane back.
Allow me to clarify myself.

In the sample projct guide, there's a questionnaire on the side panel
that showed up the first time I opened it. It asked for i.e. name of
interview, if the project is done in xml, how many days of work is
expected etc. Then i clicked save and finish button and the
questionnaire that was there was I first opened the project is no
longer available. Only sidepane information I can view are on tasks,
resources, track and report.

How would I get the questionnaire back so I can fill out another or
correct the information I entered?

Thanks

Hi Sals,

I'm not familiar with this template - what is it called and where did you
get it from?

Gary,

I realized I saved the interview as the template after I was finished
with the questionnaire. hence, everytime I opened it, the interview
does not get displayed. I ran the project guide sdk exe again and
replace the template. Now I have access to the interview survey
again!

Thanks!
