I have ms project 95 I would like to use PROJECT on my
new computer that has WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION on it but I
cannot find anywhere that says PROJECT 2002 UPGRADE will
work with XP, I don't want to buy the upgrade unless it
will work on XP.

DOES THE 2002 UPGRADE FOR PROJECT WORK ON WINDOWS XP?

Yes, Project 2002 (and previous releases as well) work just fine on Win XP,
both Professional and Home editions.
