I have a two page document created from an MS Publisher template. The first
page prints 'at an agle' ie. not upright. The whole image, including th
border is skewed at an angle. Page 2 is OK. Paper entered OK in printer
tray. The problem persists even with new printer. Any ideas?

The issue you describe is not only unknown, it is impossible from Publisher.

Suggest you download and install the latest printer driver from the website
of your printer manufacturer. If you have a junk/garbage printer from a
company like HP you may be stuck with the problem.
