MS Word .doc format specification

Hi All,

does anyone knows if Microsoft publish or rather sell their MS Word .doc
format specification?
Any info will be apreciated.

It's certainly not published. They might hav some sort of licensing
available where you can purchase the right to view the doc format; but
frankly I've never heard of this. Best to contact Microsoft directly on
this, I would think. They'll either say yes or no when you ask.
