MS Word/Excel view format when they come as Outlook attachments

When I open the MS Word or Excel files that come as attachments in Outlook,
they always open as Read view format, how do I set it to be just normal or
print view format (as default)? Thanks.

Turn it off\disable it, by opening the application, and uncheck it in
Tools, Options.
