MS Word Macro to print only modified pages.

I have hundreds of MS Word documents that I update regularly. Each
update is just appended to the end of the existing document – each
document is approx. 5-10 pages long. After each update, the document
gets printed – and a hard copy filed away.

What I want: A Macro that will do one of two things

1) Print only the modified pages
2) Print the last to pages of a document – regardless of how many
pages that document has.

Is this possible? I'm using Word 2003.
