MS Word - Pop-up of 'Borders and Tables' Toolbar

Every time I push any of the borders and tables toolbar buttons I collected
to a user-defined toolbar, the default "Borders and Tables" toolbar pops up.
How to turn off the pop-up of this toolbar?
