MSComCtl2.DTPicker is not available in list of Active X controls

I have a new computer and installed Access 2003 and MSComCtl2.DTPicker is not
in the list of Active X Controls but is avaible on my older computer with the
same verision od Access. Hence, my database doesn't work correctly

we use a custom data picker
it is based on Access forms; and it doesn't require any other controls
that may or not be one your machine.

can someone help him out?

i dont have a presentable version of this dateTime picker for
download... but i could come up with one.

i think that I may have found on at www.mvps.org once upon a time.
