Msmsgs.exe looks for a file, winupd.dll, but it doesn't exist. I.

Installed Office 2003 this past week. I get RUNDLL error dialog box "error
loading winupd.dll".
It appears to be coming from msmsgs.exe. Has something deleted this dll and
is it a "standard" Microsoft dll?
