I moved my web based MSN account to Outlook and can receive email. I can
send email if I type in the address or reply to a message. However, if I use
the email address from my contacts in OUtlook it appears as if the message
is sent (it is in the sent folder) but it doesnot go anywhere because the
person never receives it. Help
