MSN (web based) can see headers but can't read mess.

I can see the message headers as well as all folders, but
message will not display in preview pane & when I try to
open message I get this message: "Can't open this item.
Access to the account was denied. Verify that your
username and password are correct. The server
responded 'Response denied'.

Password and username are correct!

Please help!
