MSNBC Weather stopped working

I have a webpage created in Frontpage 2003 into which I have inserted the
MSNBC weatherbot component. It worked fine but recently I have noticed that
the information doesn't change. I have deleted and re-inserted but
information remains unchanged.

Any ideas what may have happened?
