Have been using outlook for few months and am having to re-format hard
drive. How do I export my address book. I "Selected All" and the
export tool seems to be greyed out. Any help would be appreciated...

You must use the File->Import and Export function from the main Outlook
window, not the address book or contacts folder.

Thanks for your post. I tried exporting and when selecting
"Import/Export" my two export options are to export to a file and to
the timex data link. I selected "export to a file" and options are
many and none metion address book. Maybe you could guide me through
this. Many thanks...
