We purchased the above-mentioned software for our
daughter to use for college. It is currently loaded on
our computer downstairs but have since purchased a new
computer do to problems that we were having with our old
computer. We now see that we cannot load this software
on our new computer. Do we need to delete the software
from our computer downstairs so she can load it on the
new computer upstairs? She has tried to load it on the
new computer but is getting errors that it is already
loaded. I'm concerned that we cannot load this again.
The owner is still the same. What suggestions do you
have - I'm hoping you don't tell me that it cannot be
loaded again at all. Thanks for any info you can give me!

Uninstall from the old computer. Install on the new computer. When prompted
for activation, use the telephone method.
